On behalf of the CSA I'd like to welcome you to the first of the season and to our new blog! In addition to updates on the growing progress of your produce, this blog will provide recipes pertaining to your weekly delivery, pictures from the farm, and information on the interns and volunteers that come out to work on the farm. The gardens are beautiful this year and when the sun shines more, the plants should really take off.
Any relation to the illustrious Denver Mayor? Oh my gosh the lettuce, arugula and spinach were so delicately delicious! #1 son was here on a visit and his big bowl of green goodness disappeared in a flash.

I love the lettuces so much.......I hope it keeps coming!! The broccoli was wonderful as was the spinach and onions. We eat everything up in no time at all!!!
